Abstract
This study aims to find out and analyze the arrangements for recovering state losses in village government corruption crimes based on laws and regulations and to find out and analyze criminal law policies related to recovering state losses in village government apparatus corruption crimes. This research is a normative juridical research. The approaches used are conceptual approach, statute approach, and case approach. The types of legal materials used are primary, secondary and tertiary legal materials. The results of this study are based on arrangements in recovering state losses in criminal acts of corruption. to eradicate perpetrators of corruption, especially village government officials. The amount of money given by the state to the village government with the aim of improving the welfare of village communities and village development. Criminal law is useful for realizing justice, legal certainty and legal benefits. Based on the criminal law policy regarding the recovery of state losses, in essence, it is a rational effort by state institutions that have the competence to deal with this crime, thus the criminal law policy (Penal Policy) is a process of enforcing criminal law as a whole and in total, so that with the existence of a criminal law policy State losses incurred as a result of criminal acts of corruption can be recovered as before. So it is suggested that criminal law enforcers can eradicate the perpetrators of corruption at the village level up to its roots. For readers are expected to provide constructive input or suggestions for the perfection of this scientific paper.
